WARRENS - Jeanette E. Sullivan, 61, of Warrens, died Tuesday, April 14, 2020 at the University of Madison Hospital.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, July 11, 2020, 11:00 a.m. at St. Matthew Lutheran Church, 4285 US Highway 12, Warrens. Pastor Kory Janneke will officiate. Burial will be in the Warren Mills Cemetery, Warrens.
Relatives and friends are invited for a time of visitation on Saturday at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Those in attendance are encouraged to use CDC recommended guidelines for Social Distance and Safety Measures.
