TOMAH - John Patrick Emery (Moraje), 63, of Tomah walked on April 13, 2024, at Gundersen Hospital in La Crosse, Wisconsin. He was born on March 17, 1961, in Portage, Wisconsin. John loved his family, golfing, hunting, and fishing. No matter where you were in the state, he would have a restaurant suggestion. He loved to tease, was quick to laugh, and a good friend to many.

He was always coming up with ideas for business ventures, even though few came to fruition, he never stopped dreaming and planning.  John was a self-taught handyman who was always willing to help anyone.

John was a beloved cooka, nephew, father, and husband who loved spoiling his grandkids.

John was preceded in death by his mother, Linda Greendeer, and a sister, Estelle.
