Jeff graduated from WWTC with a degree in welding. After college, he moved to Minneapolis, where he worked for 40 years. Jeff loved to listen to Rock ‘n Roll, ride Harley motorcycles, hunt and fish. He will be remembered for his very sophisticated sense of humor.
Jeff is survived by his son Dan (Sarah) Cole; mother, Donna; sister, Julie Rugg; grandchildren, Payton and Haley Cole; special friend, Kathy; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Allen Rugg; grandparents, Willard (Vic) and Evelyn Rugg, and Chester and Opal Fisher; uncles, Gale Rugg, Donnie Rugg, and Gene Fisher; and cousin, Brad Fisher.
A Funeral Service will be held at 4 pm, on Sunday, May 21, 2023 at Lanham-Schanhofer Funeral Home and Cremation, Sparta, with Rev. Loretta Waughtal officiating. Burial will be in Cataract Cemetery, in Cataract.
A Visitation will be from 2 pm to 4 pm, on Sunday, at the funeral home.
