EAU CLAIRE - Hedy L. (Daylo) Vincent, 47 of Eau Claire and formerly of Tomah passed away on Friday, December 15, 2023, at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Tomah.
A Memorial Service will be held on January 13, 2024, 12:00 Noon, at St. Paul Ev. Lutheran Church, 525 Superior Ave. Tomah, WI. Pastor Korey VanKampen and Pastor Michael Hollman will officiate.
