Michelle M. Moore, 59, of Sparta, died Friday, October 2, 2026 at UW Health University Hospital in Madison. She was born on September 13, 1967 in Sparta to Michael and Lillian (Kelley) Guy. She grew up in Sparta and graduated from Sparta High School.
Michelle enjoyed gardening and canning. She worked at Spartek.
Michelle is survived by her husband Joseph Moore; father, Mike Guy; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Lilly; sister, Patsy Kvistad.
A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, October 9, 2026 at Lanham-Schanhofer Funeral Home and Cremation, Sparta, with Father Eric Berns officiating. Burial will be in St. Patrick’s Catholic Cemetery, Sparta. Online condolences may be offered at www.schanhoferfh.com.
