Tomah - Phyllis J. Reavis, age 80, of Tomah, Wisconsin, passed away Saturday, April 15, 2023, at Bethel Oaks Memory Care in Viroqua, WI.
A Celebration of Life for Phyllis will be held on Saturday, April 22, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at the Bible Evangelical Free Church in Tomah. Burial will be held at a later date. All are welcome for a light luncheon to follow the service at the church. The Torkelson Funeral Home of Tomah is assisting the family with arrangements.
