SPARTA - It is with great sorrow we announce that we lost a sister and friend; Rita Jo (Rueckheim) Hammond. Rita, 62 of Sparta, WI, passed away Saturday, March 23, 2024, at Mayo Health in Sparta, WI.
A Celebration of Rita’s Life will be held Friday, April 5, 2024, beginning at 4:00 p.m. and concluding at 7:00 p.m. with a prayer service, at Torkelson Funeral Home, 720 Madison St., Ontario, WI. A private family burial will be held at a later date in the South Ridge Cemetery.
