WALWORTH - Mark E. Pobursky was born July 30, 1956 in Detroit, Michigan to Kenneth E. and Barbara A. (Jenkin) Pobursky. He passed away on Sunday, January 21, 2024 at Lakeland Medical Center in Elkhorn, surrounded by loved ones.
Mark was an avid sports fan, rooting for the Green Bay Packers, Detroit Tigers, and Chicago Blackhawks. Mark was a dedicated Lions Club member of 32 years, and received the Melvin Jones Fellow award. Nothing was more important to him than family. Mark was an organ donor in the end, helping those in need after his death.
Mark is survived by his wife of over 45 years, Kimberly S. (Clark) Pobursky, whom he married in Sparta, Wisconsin on July 29, 1978; his daughter Melissa (Dennis McFarlin) Reed; grandchildren Ian Garreau, Lucy Reed, and Maddie Reed; sister Gail Wieland; Brother Kevin (Kathy) Pobursky; as well as many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his son Adam; daughter Jessica; parents Kenneth & Barbara Pobursky, brother James Pobursky; and brother-in-law Lee Wieland.
A Celebration of Life will be scheduled for later in the Spring.
A private family burial will take place at Walworth Cemetery.
